UMAMI Bioworks Launches Sustainable Cultivated Caviar
UMAMI Bioworks has introduced its cultivated caviar as a more sustainable alternative to traditional caviar, aiming to reduce dependence on ocean ecosystems.
This innovative product utilises the brand's proprietary cultivated technology along with various plant-based ingredients, resulting in the rich taste and texture reminiscent of traditional caviar. In addition, it boasts high levels of omega 3 fatty acids, essential micronutrients, and antioxidants.
The cultivated caviar is designed for scalability, making it suitable for restaurants, chefs, and premium retailers.
