Starbucks will be providing free coffee on Monday, February 10, following the Super Bowl, as announced by the Seattle-based company. The promotion aims to cater to many Americans who will be celebrating the game on Sunday, February 9.
The announcement on the Starbucks website noted, "With the big game on Sunday, many Americans will spend the day going big - which may lead to a long Monday." Starbucks Rewards members in the U.S. can claim a free tall (12 fl. oz.) hot or iced brewed coffee any time on Starbucks Monday.
"No matter who wins Sunday, we can all win Monday," the company added.
Every Starbucks Rewards customer will receive a coupon in their accounts for a free "Starbucks Monday" coffee. To redeem the offer, customers should apply the coupon in the Starbucks app before placing their order or inform their barista about the coupon when ordering in-store or at the drive-thru.
New customers who sign up for Starbucks Rewards on Monday should consult their barista to enjoy the complimentary coffee. The offer is only available at participating stores in the United States and does not cover Nitro Cold Brew, Cold Brew, or Starbucks Reserve products.
Additionally, customers are limited to one free coffee, and any customizations may incur extra charges. The announcement also featured a brief promotional video with the theme "A big Sunday calls for Starbucks Monday," set to AC/DC's song "Thunderstruck," displaying the message "Free coffee on us. 2.10.25."
