The theme clue indicated a clear direction, leading to my concern with spelling ALUMINIUM (or ALUMINUM as known in the United States). Some simpler PURE METALs that were not included in the puzzle are Gold, Copper, Zinc, and Silver.
While completing the game, I pondered the origins of the heavy metal genre, which is often thought to reference IRON Maiden. However, it actually derives from the phrase "heavy metal thunder" in the song Born to Be Wild by the 1970s band Steppenwolf. Today, I learnt two things: the correct spelling of ALUMINUM and a fun fact about music.
