Two men charged over $31 million cannabis crop in NSW
Two men have been charged over a $31 million cannabis crop on a property in regional NSW.
The pair were arrested after police allegedly found 10,461 cannabis plants at a property in Fullerton, about 270km southwest of Sydney, on Wednesday morning.
The men, aged 30 and 34, were taken to Goulburn Police Station, where they were charged with knowingly taking part in cultivating a large commercial quantity of cannabis.
The arrests were made as part of Strike Force Hyperion, an ongoing investigation by the State Crime Command's Drug and Firearms Squad targeting outdoor and greenhouse cannabis cultivation across NSW.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
