AI-Generated Summary
Kanye West's recent antisemitic tweets on X have sparked widespread backlash. His ongoing controversial statements continue to attract attention and criticism on social media.

On Thursday, rapper Kanye West posted a series of antisemitic, racist and homophobic tweets on the social media platform X.

West's rant, ongoing as of Friday morning, includes posts stating "I LOVE HITLER" and "I AM A NAZI." He also referenced Elon Musk's controversial salute at the recent presidential inauguration, writing "ELON STOLE MY NAZI SWAG AT THE INAUGURATION."

In another post, West claims that "SLAVERY WAS A CHOICE." X users have attached a lengthy community note to the post disputing and fact-checking this claim.

In a post made early Friday, West referred to a controversy that erupted following the Grammys last Sunday, when he appeared on the red carpet with his wife Bianca Censori, who wore a mesh dress that showed her entire body. "I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE," West stated, adding that "SHE'S WITH A BILLIONAIRE."

He asserted that it was Censori's decision to wear the mesh dress, but insisted "SHE DEFINITELY WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL."

West also defended Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is currently incarcerated awaiting trial on charges including racketeering and sex trafficking. In a series of posts, West called on President Donald Trump to pardon Combs, saying "DONALD TRUMP, PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF."

As of Friday afternoon, several of West's tweets have been hidden on X for potentially violating the platform's rules against hateful conduct.

This rant has ignited significant uproar on social media, marking another instance of West expressing hateful rhetoric.

In December 2022, West faced backlash after praising Adolf Hitler and making antisemitic statements during a podcast with far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, which led to his suspension from X.

Despite his controversial history, West, who now goes by Ye, continues to produce music, having released albums "Vultures 1" and "Vultures 2" alongside singer Ty Dolla Sign last year.

Recently, in an appearance on The Download podcast, West revealed that he was diagnosed with autism, explaining that his wife took him to the doctor for evaluation.
