The stylish three-bedroom apartment in Port Melbourne, once a winner on The Block, has been sold for $1,975,000, significantly less than its original purchase price.
A stylish city pad that won reality TV show The Block eight years ago has sold for $625,000 less than the original buyer paid.
The three-bedroom home at 1/164 Ingles Street, Port Melbourne sold for $1,975,000 late last year, after the price guide was lowered several times throughout the campaign. It settled this month, public records show.
The swish apartment sold for $2.6 million during the 2016 season of The Block, which airs on Nine, owner of this masthead, to an investor represented by buyer's agent Nicole Jacobs after being renovated by Queensland couple and show winners Will and Karlie.
Some seven years after the show's finale, the Port Melbourne home was listed for sale by McGrath St Kilda in March 2024 with a price guide of $2.6 million to $2.75 million, before being lowered to $2.55 million in May.
