Bianca Censori addresses Grammys red carpet appearance
Bianca Censori reflected on her daring naked appearance at the Grammys, with speculation regarding her husband's role in the stunt and her own reactions to the event.
Bianca Censori has broken her silence on her wild naked appearance on the Grammys red carpet, struggling to contain her laughter in front of the paparazzi.
The 30-year-old Australian-born architect made global headlines after posing for photos wearing a see-through dress without underwear at Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena on Sunday.
Her husband, Kanye West, is widely believed to have orchestrated the bizarre spectacle, which involved Censori suddenly removing her fur coat to reveal her naked figure.
"You're making a scene now," lipreader Nicola Hickling reported the rapper told his wife, according to The Mirror.
A close confidante of Kanye, who spoke to the couple after the stunt, revealed that Censori "would have much rather worn a pretty dress".
"She would have enjoyed the evening a lot more," they told the New York Post on Tuesday. "She was really nervous and wanted to back out several times, but he didn't want her to. When Ye gets something in his head, there's no talking him out of it. But make no mistake, this was totally him and not her."
However, newly-released footage of Censori giggling at her husband's exchange with photographers about the Grammys at a recording studio in Los Angeles on Tuesday suggests she may have been on board with the stunt.
"Ask me how it was to beat the Grammys?" the rapper told photographers. Wearing a white puffer jacket and barely-there leggings, Censori laughed at her husband's remark before quickly covering her mouth to suppress her amusement.
"We beat the Grammys," Kanye declared after a photographer obliged with his request.
One of the photographers complimented Censori's outfit from Sunday, to which she responded by turning her head and smiling.
According to Google Metrics, the 'Bianca Censori outfit' search amassed more than five million searches, surpassing searches for 'Grammy winners'.
Kanye took to Instagram Stories afterward to boast about the worldwide attention his wife had generated. "For clarity, February 4, 2025, my wife is the most googled person on the planet called Earth," he remarked.
Censori's latest stunt is believed to reference the cover of West's latest album, Vultures 1. The album artwork features Censori standing backward in thigh-high boots and a small strip of fabric, a pose reminiscent of her red carpet appearance.
