MiCA Regulation Redefines European Cryptocurrency Landscape
The EU's MiCA regulation will transform the cryptocurrency landscape by imposing strict compliance measures, leading to potential market consolidation that favors large firms over smaller competitors.
The EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation is poised to transform the cryptocurrency landscape in Europe. MiCA introduces stringent measures such as enhanced authorization processes, detailed token issuance rules, and robust anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
