Kid Rock expressed his discontent with the crowd at Jon Bon Jovi's Nashville bar during a performance for David Bryan's birthday, which took place on Saturday night.
Initially greeted with applause, Kid Rock began with "Proud Mary" by Creedence Clearwater Revival, but quickly became frustrated when the audience did not clap along as he anticipated.
In a video shared on TikTok, he interrupted his singing, saying, "F--- them. F--- them. Hey, hey, stop. If you ain't gonna clap, we ain't gonna sing. That's how it's gonna go."
Despite a brief moment when the audience complied, he ultimately declared, "You know what, f--- y'all. You ain't gonna clap, I'm gone." and stormed off the stage.
Confused, Bryan was seen speaking with another band member as Kid Rock exited dramatically. A representative for Kid Rock did not immediately respond to requests for comments.
Despite Kid Rock's departure, Bryan later shared a video on Instagram, thanking fans for their birthday wishes.
This incident follows Kid Rock's recent performance at the Make America Great Again Victory Rally, where he showcased his long-standing support for Donald Trump.
Kid Rock had also performed at the Republican National Convention, adapting his hit song "American Bad A--" to include nods to Trump, declaring him as "the most patriotic American bada-- on earth."
