Opposition calls for inquiry into PM's awareness of foiled terror plot
Opposition Leader Peter Dutton is calling for an inquiry into why Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was not alerted to a foiled terror plot in Dural earlier.
Dutton addressed the media after the Albanese government confirmed its intention to implement mandatory minimum sentences for terrorist offences.
This comes as the opposition heavily criticises the Prime Minister's response to rising antisemitism across Australia.
During Question Time at Parliament House on Wednesday, the opposition consumed the entire session to question Mr Albanese regarding when he became aware of the foiled terror plot aimed at the Jewish community.
