Kirsty Ristevski is selling her luxurious Brighton home priced between $6.5 million and $7 million, featuring high-end amenities and wellness facilities in a prestigious location.
Acclaimed interior designer Kirsty Ristevski is selling her latest project, a stunning Brighton home priced between $6.5 million and $7 million. This residence combines high-end luxury with the feel of a wellness retreat.
The home boasts numerous impressive features, including a four-car basement garage complete with a turntable and a four-person cedar sauna.
As the founder of Melbourne-based interiors firm Curatd, Ms Ristevski has established herself as a leader in transforming elite homes. Her last project in Brighton, a property designed by Max Walker, sold for $5.78 million in December last year.
This latest creation is a reimagining of a residence designed by Jon Friedrich Architects, located behind secure gates at 10 St Ninians Rd, one of Brighton's most prestigious addresses. It sits on the same street where former Australian cricket captain Ricky Ponting once resided.
Ms Ristevski describes the three-level home as a blend of European sophistication with contemporary coastal elegance. A private lift connects all floors, making it ideal for downsizers who desire the exclusivity of a freestanding residence with the convenience of a penthouse.
For car enthusiasts, the four-car basement garage with a turntable is a dream, while the sauna and home gym address the needs of those prioritising wellness.
No detail has been overlooked within the interior of the home. Notable features include a Breccia Capraia marble fireplace, custom-curved walnut joinery, and an expansive Dekton kitchen island bench, all carefully curated by the Curatd founder.
Ms Ristevski expressed that it was an "absolute privilege" to reimagine this residence, ensuring the "incredible bones" of Mr Friedrich's design remain a timeless architectural statement.
RT Edgar Bayside director Will Maxted described the home as a one-of-a-kind offering, highlighting that it is "unlike anything else on the market".
The Expressions of Interest campaign concludes at 5pm on February 25.
