Hooters Waitress Avoids Jail Time After DUI Incident

Sophia Ross, a 22-year-old Hooters waitress, narrowly avoided jail time after a DUI incident. She received probation and is now leveraging her fame through OnlyFans.
Hooters is one of the most famous restaurants out there right now, and of course, their name is one of the biggest reasons why. Some would also argue that their waitresses have an even bigger hand in the reason for the restaurant's fame.
Waitresses are a staple at restaurants. However, they don't always help the brand keep its reputation as clean as possible. One waitress is going viral for quite an interesting reason, which may not bode well for her.
22-year-old Hooters waitress Sophia Ross was arrested back in November for a DUI. Ross was filmed on bodycam as she attempted to flirt with the cop who was making the arrest. She even called the officer "daddy" in the process.
Ross, who is now going viral and amassing over 20,000 followers on Instagram, recently had her court date. According to TMZ Sports, the 22-year-old soon-to-be influencer waitress has narrowly avoided jail time for the incident.
In a conversation with TMZ Sports, her rep told the organization, "Her rep tells TMZ she finally faced a judge Thursday -- and luck was on her side, as she escaped the 60-day jail sentence prosecutors were gunning for."
They continued by explaining that "Instead, she's walking away with a year of probation, random drug tests, and 50 hours of community service. On the bright side, she's already knocked out her DUI school hours."
While Ross may have had difficulty with this ordeal, she has decided to capitalize on the fame. She chose to start OnlyFans and, according to TMZ Sports, is in the top two percent of earners on the platform. Odds are that she will be looking to stay out of trouble.
